在车床上进行深孔加工是技术上难度较大的一种工艺方法。通过详细分析深孔加工的一般特点、所用的切削刀具和辅助工具,得出在车床上进行深孔加工的一般方法,为单件小批生产提供了有效的加工途径。
The manufacturing of deep hole in lathe is a more difficult process. The analysis of manufacturing of deep hole about the characteristics, cutting tools and accessorial tools is finished in detail. The general method about its manufacturing is obtained and this contributes to the small lot production.
