摘要
在对机械润滑油受到固体颗粒污染原因及危害分析基础上,阐述并分析了国内外油液清洁度常用的判定技术与等级评定方法,介绍了测试技术的研究动向,清洁度分级标准的特点,指出各种方法的不同用途、优缺点和潜在应用价值,用摩擦理论的观点对忠实国际先进标准所做出的判定结论进行了质疑和讨论。
Based on the analysis of particles contamination to mechanical lubricating oil, Chinese and international common measuring technologies and classifying methods for contamination level are introduced. Then the research direction of measuring technologies and characteristics of classifying standards are put forward. Different uses, application values, advantages and disadvantages are figured out. By means of the view of the tribology theory, the measurement results of international advanced standards are oppugned and discussed at last.
