梯形槽O形橡胶密封圈夹角对最大接触应力影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 以某梯形槽O形橡胶密封为研究对象,建立了二维轴对称模型,并运用罚单元算法对不同夹角的梯形槽O形橡胶密封圈进行了接触非线性有限元计算。结果表明:随着密封介质压力的增加,各夹角时O形密封圈底部的接触压力都逐渐增大;压缩率相同情况下,夹角对于底部接触宽度影响不大,但最大接触应力随着夹角的增大而减小;低介质压力下,夹角对于底部接触压力影响不明显,随着密封介质压力的增大,不同夹角时最大接触压力的差值增大,密封介质压力影响显著。充分说明梯形槽夹角是梯形槽O形橡胶密封圈设计中必须关注的一个重要设计变量。 With the O ring rubber seal of one type of the dovetail groove as the research object, an axial - symmetry finite element model of O - sealing ring was built. Aiming at the different included angles of the dovetail groove, the corresponding nonlinear contact finite element analysis was performed with penalty function method. The result shows that with the increase of sealing medimn pressure, the contact pressure on the bottom of O- sealing ring gradually increases under the different included angles. The influence which the included angles on the contact width is not obvious under the same compression ratio, but the highest contact pressure decreases with the increase of the included angles. Under the low medimn pressure, the influence which the different included angles have on the contact pressure is also unconspicuous, but with the increase of the sealing medimn pressure, the difference of the highest contact pressure increases correspondingly with the different included angles and the influence is evident. All these indicate the included angle of the dovetail groove is an important design variable in the rubber O - sealing ring design.
