摘要
简单介绍了目前大功率采煤机的行走传动装置,并结合某采煤机渐开线行走轮和输送机销排销齿的具体参数,按照齿轮齿条啮合理论,分析了此渐开线行走轮和销齿啮合产生冲击的原因之一。最后用作图法进行了验证。
On the base of simply introducing running transmission mechanism of shearer, according to the theory of rack and pinion engagement, mainly analyses impact cause resulted from toothing between shearer involute sprocket and conveyor pinrail, using the specific parameters. The result of theoretic analysis is proved by CAD simulation.
