摘要
为了抑制阀口气穴,选择了几种不同的阀芯形状,建立了直动式纯水溢流阀动态特性的数学模型,利用Matlab软件仿真分析了其动态性能,得到了影响其动态性能的主要参数,从而获得了优化的阀芯结构、形状和尺寸。
In order to restrain cavitation of relief valve, select a few different configurations of valve heart, applinying commercial simulation software Matlab, the dynamic characteristics of water relief valve were numerically vestigated with different parameters, the dynamic characteristics of the water hydraulic relief valve were presented by simulation analysis, thus acquired the optimal configuration, shape and size of relief valve.
