摘要 介绍了用高精度压差测量仪测量水泵扬程的方法。由于泵内部结构形成的流场,水泵长时间运行和叶轮受磨损等原因,水泵实际扬程已达不到其理论扬程,所以在给水管网水力计算以及工况分析时要测试水泵的实际扬程。高精度压差测量仪具有很高的测量精度和线性度,通过所测压差可以准确地计算出水泵的实际扬程。 The application of the high - precision pressure differernce testing meter which can measure the mineral pump lift. Because the pump internal structure forms flow field, water pump long time movement and the impellers are always worn out with enduring operations of pumps , the real pump lift can not reach its theoretical lift. So water pump actual lifting could be tested in the process of hydraulic calculating and current condition analysis of water net work. The high - precision pressure test meter has the very high measuring accuracy and the linearity. Through measured the differential pressure may calculate the mineral water pump accurately actual lifting.
