丹参对维持性血液透析患者AOPP、MDA和SOD的干预作用 被引量:3

Influence of Salvia Miltiorrhiza on Leves of AOPP、MDA、SOD in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

摘要 目的研究透析和丹参对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者氧化应激指标的影响。方法36例MHD半年以上的患者随机分为常规透析组和透析加丹参组,同时18例健康成人作为正常对照组。分别测定各组基础以及透析组1、2和3个月的血浆氧化应激指标(AOPP、MDA和SOD)的水平。结果透析患者的AOPP、MDA明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)、SOD显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。常规透析组3个月时AOPP、MDA较服药前增加(P<0.05),SOD降低(P<0.05)。丹参组在1、2和3个月时所测MDA、AOPP明显低于服药前以及同时点常规透析组(P<0.01),而SOD则显著增高(P<0.01),但3个月时AOPP、MDA仍高于正常对照组(P<0.01),SOD低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论丹参能有效地改善MHD患者的氧化应激,血液透析可能加重MHD患者的氧化应激。 [Objective] To evaluate influence of hemedialysis and salvia miltiorrhiza on leves of AOPP, MDA, SOD in maintenance hemedialysis patients. [Methods] 36 maintenance hemedialysis patients who had hemedialyed over a half year were divided into stable HD group (n =18) and taking alvia miltiorrhiza group (n =18). meanwhile, 18 healthy adults were regarded as normal eontrol. Plasma levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), advaneed oxidative protein preduets (AOPP) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were monitored in the three groups, their levels were compared between pre-and post-taking medieine 1, 2, 3 months in the three groups. [Results] The levels of AOPP, MDA in MHD patients were higher than those of normal control (P 〈0.01), but SOD lower (P 〈0.01). The levels of AOPP, MDA in stable HD patients in 3 months signifieantly inereased (P 〈0.05), SODdecreased (P 〈0.05), in comparison with baseline. The concentration of AOPP, MDA in patients taking salvia miltiorrhiza were lower than those before taking medieine (P 〈0.01), and SOD higher (P 〈0.01) in 1, 2, 3 months, similar deference was also founded in compairison with stable HD group in the same timepoint. The concentrations of AOPP, MDA of taking medicince group were higher than those of normal control (P 〈0.01), and SOD lower (P 〈0.01) in 3 months. [Conclusion] Hemodialysis can aggravate oxidative stress, salvia miltiorrhiza can alleviate levels of oxidative stress in MHD patients.
