子宫颈癌淋巴转移与环氧化酶及血管内皮生长因子表达的关系 被引量:3

Relationships between the expressions of Cycloxygenase-2 and vascular endothelial growth factor and the lymphatic metastasis of cervix neoplasm

摘要 目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF-C、VEGF-D)在子宫颈癌组织中的表达与淋巴转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测45子颈癌组织和15正常宫颈上皮组织中COX-2、VEGF-C和VEGF-D的表达,并结合临床病理资料进行分析。结果宫颈癌组织中COX-2、VEGF-C和VEGF-D的表达明显高于正常宫颈上皮组织(P<0.01),且COX-2的表达与VEGF-C的表达强度显著相关(P<0.01)。COX-2、VEGF-C和VEGF-D的高表达与宫颈癌淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、临床分期、组织学类型和肿瘤细胞分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论子宫颈癌组织中COX-2、VEGF-C和VEGF-D的表达高于正常子宫颈组织,且与淋巴转移关系密切。COX-2过度表达可能通过VEGF的表达参与子宫颈癌淋巴转移的发生。 [Objective] To investigate the relationships between the expressions of Cycloxygenase-2 (COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the lymphatic metastasis of cervix neoplasm. [Methods] The expressions of COX-2, VEGF-C and VEGF-D in 45 cases of cervix neoplasmtissue and 15 cases of normal cervix tissue were detected by immunohistochemical streptravidin-biothin peroxidase (SP) assay. All of the above results were analyzed along with the pathologic examination. [Results] The expression levels of COX-2, VEGF-C and VEGF-D on cervix neoplasm tissue were significantly higher than those on normal cervix tissue (P 〈0.01), and the expression level of COX-2 was positively correlated with that of VEGF-C. Moreover, the overexpressions of COX-2, VEGF-C and VEGF-D were related to the lymphatic metastasis (P 〈0.05). But they had no relation to the patients' age, clinical stage, histological category and cell differentiation level (P 〉0.05). [Conclusions] The overexpressions of COX- 2, VEGF-C and VEGF-D were closely related to the lymphatic metastasis of cervix neoplasm. And the overexpression of COX-2 mediated by the expression of VEGF may participate in the genesis of lymphatic metastasis of cervix neoplasm.
