溶胶电泳法制备纳米TiO_2薄膜及其光催化性能研究 被引量:2

Study on Preparation of Nano TiO_2 Thin Films by Sol Electrophoresis Method and Its Photo-Catalytic Activity

摘要 利用有机钛的水解制备TiO2溶胶,采用电泳法在不锈钢片上镀膜,经500℃烧结后,进行光降解实验。通过DTA、XRD、SEM等测试分析了纳米TiO2薄膜的外观形貌和晶型结构。实验结果表明,溶剂、胶体浓度、电泳时间、外加电压等因素对膜的光催化性能均有不同程度的影响。该法制备的纳米TiO2薄膜具有一定的厚度、表面均匀平整。 TiO2 sol was prepared by hydrolysis of Ti (OBu) 4, TiO2 films were prepared on the surface of stainless steel by electrophoresis and were sintered at 500℃. The photo-catalytic degradation experiments were carried out using the sintered TiO2 films, and the morphology and crystal structure of nano TiO2 films were studied by means of DTA, XRD and SEM ts. The experimental results show that solvent, sol concentration, electrophoresis time and applied voltage, etc. take effect to a different extent on the photo-catalytic activity. The surface of the films with certain thickness prepared by above method is uniform very well.
