摘要
简要介绍了扫描电子显微镜的工作原理;以铁电陶瓷为例阐述了这种检测仪器在新型陶瓷材料的显微结构分析、纳米尺寸研究及铁电畴的观测领域中的用途,说明了扫描电子显微镜与其他设备的组合以实现多种分析功能的发展趋势和陶瓷材料在扫描电镜分析时的几个常见问题。
The paper introduces principle of scanning electronic microscope briefly; illustrates its applications of structure, nano size and ferroelectric domain taking example for ferroelectric ceramic materials; and explains its developmental tendency in combined functions with other instruments and several general questions in scanning electronic microscope analysis of ceramic materials.
