摘要
广西水果加工的发展滞后于种植业的发展。研究水果加工的发展对策,促进其发展,才能使广西水果业在国内外激烈的竞争中占据优势,实现持续稳定健康发展。笔者通过对目前广西水果加工现状和存在问题进行分析,并结合世界水果加工发展趋势,指出广西发展水果加工具有发展潜力优势、生产成本优势、糖业产业优势和市场区位优势,提出必须发挥比较优势,采取优化区域布局,明确发展方向;做大做强水果加工龙头企业,推进产业化经营;提高水果加工业科技创新的能力和水平;加快水果加工业的质量标准体系建设;加强对水果加工业的扶持力度等对策措施,大力发展水果加工,使广西由中国水果大省迈向中国水果强省。
The development of fruit processing industry.Study on Countermeasure for Further industry in Guangxi can not be satisfied the needs of fruit Developing Fruit Processing Industry and promoting the development.We will win the superiorities among the competition in domestic and foreign and realize the development of Guangxi fruit industry continued and stable advance.The author Base on the analysis of the current state and the problems about Guangxi fruit processing industry and referring the trend of the world fruit processing industry,then proposes the superiorities of developing potential and production cost and sugarcane industry and the marketing region.It is necessary to strengthen the own superiorities,adjust the region arrangement,make clear the direction of development,strive to enhance the strength of the main processing enterprise,push the industrialization,improve ability level about technical innovation of fruit processing,speed up constructing the system of fruit processing quality standards,strength the support to the fruit processing industry,develop the fresh fruit processing.Guangxi will become a powerful province in fruit industry.
