摘要
采用长强穴羊肠线埋置治疗肛裂１１７例，治愈率９５．７％，总有效率９８．３％，复发率１．７％，并发症发生率０．９％。术后肛管静息压较术前下降２３．９８ｃｍＨ２Ｏ。与其它常用疗法进行综合比较，本法具有疗效高、疗程短、并发症少、复发率低、简便易行的优点。
cases of anal fissure were treated by catgut embedding at Changqiang(GV1)point.Results showed that the cured rate was 95.7%,the total effective rate was 98.3%,the recurrence rate was 1.7% and the incidence rate of complication was 0.9%.The resting pressure of anal canal after operation was reduced by 23.98 cm H2O when compared with that before operation.The present therapy has advantages of higher therapeutic effects,shorter therapeutic course,less complicating diseases,lower recurrence rate and convenience as compared comprehensively with other common therapies.
