心室累积起搏百分数与血浆脑钠素水平的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨接受双腔起搏治疗的病窦综合征患者术后心室累积起搏百分数与血浆脑钠素(BNP)浓度的关系。方法入选156例接受心脏起搏治疗的病窦综合征患者,术后随访时,通过酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测量患者血浆BNP水平,通过起搏器程控仪获取储存于起搏器中的心室累积起搏百分数,并分析两者之间的关系。结果经过中位数为65d的随访观察,双腔起搏患者术后血浆BNP水平较其术前显著增高,分别为(69.29±18.24)pg/ml和(54.47±17.15)pg/ml,P<0.01,心室累积起搏百分数与血浆BNP水平的相关系数r=0.569,P<0.01。结论心室累积起搏百分数与血浆BNP水平显著正相关,提示心室起搏可产生起搏依赖性的心功能损害。 Objective To investigate the association of the cumulative percent ventricular paced (Cum% VP) and plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in patients received cardiac pacing. Methods From February 2003 to July 2006, 156 patients with sinus node dysfunction were admitted to receive dual chamber pacing, the Cum%VP were determined from stored pacemakers data, and BNP were measured at baseline and at their first follow up visit by ELISA. Results After a median of 65 days follow up, the levels of plasma BNP (pg/ml) were significantly increased from preoperative 54.47±17.15 to postoperative 69.29±18.24 (P〈0.01), and the numerical coefficient of correlation pearson r between Cum% VP and postoperative plasma BNP levels was 0.569 (P〈0.01). Condusion The Cum%VP positively correlated with the level of plasma BNP, which suggested ventricular pacing may exert pacing-dependent adverse effect on heart function.
