摘要
休闲旅游与体育结合是不争的事实,体育休闲旅游成为时代发展的必然要求。做大、做强、做好体育旅游业,一方面需要政府政策大力扶持,另一方面行业本身需提高服务质量。提高服务质量,靠的是人力资源,高校作为人才培养基地,为体育旅游业培养休闲管理型的专门人才,应通过专业设置、课程标准及教学的具体实践环节来完善人才培养渠道。
Nowadays, the combinations between leisure tourism and sports activity are undoubted facts and sports leisure will be necessity of society development. To make sports tourism stronger, we need, on one hand, some effective government policies to support it and on the other hand, to improve this industry＇s service quality. It is the labor resource that the main contribution to the improvement of service quality. As the talents training bases, colleges and universities should develop proper talents training channels through major design, courses standards and specific teaching practice to train the administrative talents for the industry of sports tourism
