摘要
王励勤作为世界上最优秀的横拍进攻型打法的代表,其技战术代表了当今世界乒坛发展的潮流与趋势。发球、接发球以及发球后的抢攻(或抢拉、抢冲)统称为“前三板”,发球抢攻更称为比赛“第一战术”,它是中国乒乓球运动员的一件看家宝。文章通过三段指标法、文献资料法、录像观察法对王励勤前三板技术应用做了系统的分析,希望能为从事乒乓球运动工作的体育教师和教练员在训练工作中,提供一定的理论参考。
As a representative of the most elite attacking type of hand - shake in the world, the skill tactics of Wang Li - qin has represented the trend of the world table tennis development nowadays. Serving receiving and attacking after serving are referred as ＂the first three strives＂ ,and attacking after serving is called the ＂first tactics＇even more and is a special treasure of Chinese table tennis players. It analyzed the technical application of the first three strives of Wang Li - qin systematically by the methods of three segment index, documentary and observation, so as to provide a certain theoretical reference for PE teachers and coaches who arc engaged in table tennis in training
