摘要
课程改革是当前我国基础教育领域重要的改革之一,也是全面推进素质教育、提高人才培养质量的有效策略。当前西部地区农村基础教育课程改革中存在着领导重视不够、课改经费严重不足、教师对新课程不适应、班额过大制约新课程实施等问题。针对这些问题,提出了加强领导、加大新课程的宣传力度、建立课程改革专项经费、推广校本培训与校本教研、实施发展性评价等具体对策。此外,还就如何建立长效机制、深化课程改革,促进西部农村基础教育可持续发展提出了相关政策建议。
Curriculum innovation of elementary education in Northwest rural areas has faced the following difficulties: authorities attach little importance to it; there is less fund to support the research work; teachers are not adaptable to the new curriculum; large classroom restricts the implementation of new curriculum. Taking these problems into consideration, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures, to strengthen the force of giving publicity to the new curriculum; to establish the special fund for new curriculum; to popularize school- based training and research~ to implement process assessment system. Besides, the paper also gives some suggestions on deepening of innovation so as to improve sustainable development of elementary education in Northwest rural areas.
