摘要
该文介绍了１０２锅炉钢管青生产中的几个关键问题，以及出现的一些质量问题，包括元素含量偏低或超标、机械性能不合格和不均匀、实际晶粒度过细、正火组织不均匀、抗氧化裕度不足和表面质量缺陷等．文章对这些质量问题提出了分析意见和一些建议．
Abstract The paper describes a number of crucial production quality problems of 102 boiler steel,including element content surpassing standards,unsatisfactory and inhomogenous mechanical properties, actual grains too fine, inhonlegenous normalized structure, insufficient corrosion resisting margin as well as surface imperfections. The paper discusses these problems accompanied by recommendations.
