摘要
马克思对货币银行理论的创新在于:从根本上否定货币数量说;货币供给并不是中央银行已经发行出来的货币,而应该是真正进入流通、充当购买手段的货币构成;货币的需求不是把货币保留在手头上的一种心理倾向,而是由卖者提供到市场上的要换成货币的全部货物和劳务构成的;不是银行货币供给决定现实交易,而是后者决定前者。这就把被西方经济学弄颠倒的理论,科学地纠正过来了。近年来,美国、日本和中国的经济运行状况都证明了马克思的创新理论能够经得起实践的检验,应当成为我国制定货币政策的基础。
New ideas of monetary and banking theory brought forth by Marx are as follows: denying Quantity theory of money absolutely, money supply not being the money issued by central bank but the one entering the circulation and working as purchasing means, money demand not being a psychological propencity keeping money on hand but all goods and services in market supplied by sellers to chang into money, money supply of bank not deciding the real transaction but the other way round. Marx corrects scientifically the theories reversed by western economics.
