摘要
运用多元统计分析方法对云南烟区17个地点C3F烟叶的11项化学成分指标进行了评价,构建了烟叶质量的主成分综合评价模型,其中,前5个主成分提取了11项化学成分90.39%的信息量.聚类分析将供试地点分为3类,类Ⅰ包括12个地点,其烟叶总糖、还原糖、总挥发酸和钾含量最高,总植物碱和总挥发碱含量最低,糖碱比、氮碱比较为适宜,内在化学成分较协调;类Ⅲ包括2个地点,其烟叶还原糖、总挥发酸含量最低,总氮、蛋白质、总植物碱和总挥发碱含量最高,化学成分欠协调;类Ⅱ包括3个地点,各项品质指标中等.各类氯含量较为适宜,且类间差别较小.
Evaluation of eleven chemical components of grade C3F tobacco leaves under seventeen locations in Yunnan Province was conducted by using the methods of multivariate statistical analysis. The models of principal components were built for judging the quality of tobacco leaves. The results showed that 90.39 percent information of the total about the eleven indexes of chemical components could be obtained by the analysis of the first five principal components. The locations studied could be divided into three groups by the method of cluster analysis. Group Ⅰ consisted of 12 locations, with the highest contents of total sugar, reducing sugar, total volatile acid and content of potassium, and the lowest contents of total plant alkali and total volatile alkali. The ratio of total sugar to alkali and total nitrogen to alkali was reasonable,and chemical components were harmonious each other for Group Ⅰ Group Ⅲ consisted of two locations, with the lowest contents of reducing sugar and total volatile acid, and highest contents of total nitrogen, protein, total plant alkali and total volatile alkali. The chemical components for Group Ⅲ were not very balanced. Group Ⅱ consisted of three locations,with the medium indexes of chemical compositions. The content of chlorine was suitable and the difference among three groups was not significant.
