摘要
目的阪崎肠杆菌(Enterobacter sakazakii)是乳制品中新发现的引起广泛关注的一种致病菌,加强对该菌的检验,对预防与控制由该菌所致的感染流行十分重要。方法采用中华人民共和国出入境检验检疫行业标准:SN/T1632.1-2005《奶粉中阪崎肠杆菌检验方法》第1部分:奶粉中阪崎肠杆菌的分离与计数方法,应用VITEK32(全自动微生物鉴定和药敏分析仪)进行检验。结果从原产法国的婴幼儿营养配方奶粉中检出阪崎肠杆菌。结论检出菌株与质控菌株的生化特征基本一致,该方法可使样品中极少量的阪崎肠杆菌被检测和定量。
To intensify the detection of Enterobactersakazakii in milk powder and prevent and control the infection caused by Enterobactersakazakii. [ Methods] VITEK -32 was applied to detect the isolation and enumeration of Enterobactersakazakii according to the national criteria for border quarantine industry SN/T 1632.1 -2005. [Results] was detected from the infant - formula milk powder imported from France. [ Conclusion ] The biochemical characteristics of the detected strains coincided with that of the quality - control strains. Even a very small quantity of bacteria can be isolated and enumerated using this method.
