摘要
本文从以下九个方面试图说明医院信息系统如何适应“信息高速公路”的发展要求,即:1.信息系统发展规划;2.结构化综合布线系统;3.ATM;4.过渡体制;5.设计和实施;6.开放性;7.相容性;8.协同与和谐;9.CIO的位置和作用。
In this paper nine problem concerning building of HIS (Hospital InformationSystem) along Information Superhighway are illustrated,e.g.Planning of HIS,structured cabling system,ATM,transition,design/implement,openning,compatibility,coordination,CIO etc.
