The plug and play programming is aMIS development method that offers goodprospects.We divide the plug and play pro-gramming into two aspects,that is componentdevelopment and framework development.The important issue that needs comsiderationand development standard is discussed here.The issue of framework development is into-duced in brief.We give out several develop-ment tools that can be used in plug and playprogramming.
