摘要
以4-氨基苯甲酸乙酯、原甲酸三乙酯和N-甲基苯胺为原料,合成了紫外线吸收剂N-(乙氧基羰基苯基)-N’-甲基-N’-苯基甲脒(UV-1),产品的总收率为82.5%。讨论了添加阻聚剂对产品收率的影响,通过对工业化工艺的改进取得了较好的效果。目前紫外线吸收剂UV-1在国内外已得到了广泛的应用。
Using 4-amino ethyl benzoate, triethyl orthoforrnate and N-methylaniline as raw materials, the ultraviolet absorbent N-( ethoxycarbonylphenyl)-N'-methyl-N'-phenylformamidine (named UV-1 ) was synthesized, the total yield was 82.5%. The addition of polymerization inhibitor influencing on the yield was discussed, and the better results were obtained through the improvement of current commercialized technology. At present, the ultraviolet absorbent UV-1 was applied widely at home and abroad.
