摘要
目的了解宁波市A群脑膜炎奈瑟菌对常用抗生素的敏感性,为流行性脑脊髓膜炎的预防与治疗提供科学依据。方法采用E—test法和KB法,对宁波市2004—2005年分离9株A群脑膜炎奈瑟菌进行药敏试验。结果9株A群脑膜炎奈瑟菌对6种治疗药物青霉素,氨苄西林,头孢曲松,头孢噻肟,美洛培南,氯霉素均敏感,6种预防用药阿奇霉素,米诺环素,萘啶酸、环丙沙星,复方SMZ和利福平中,阿奇霉素敏感,88、9%米诺环素敏感,66.7%利福平敏感,对萘啶酸、环丙沙星,复方SMZ均耐药。结论宁波市2004—2005年分离的流脑菌株对萘啶酸、环丙沙星,复方SMZ已产生耐药性,在当前防治流脑时应慎重使用。提示应加强脑膜炎奈瑟菌监测,合理选择抗生素,为预防和控制提供依据。
Objective To survey the susceptibility of Neisseria Meningitidis Serogroup A isolated in Ningbo City to antimicrobial agents and provide guide for prevention and clinical treatment of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis. Methods The susceptibility of 9 isolates of Neisseria Meningitidis Serogroup A isolated between 2004 and 2005 to antimicrobial agents were tested with the E - test and K - B method. Results Nine isolates of Neisseria Meningitidis Serogroup A were sensitive to 6 antimicrobial agents for clinical therapy including Penicillin(G), Ampicillin, Ceftriaxone Sodium, Cefotaxime,meropenem and Chloramphenicol. The 9 strains of Neiserria meningitides serogroup A were sensitive to 6 kinds of preventive drugs including Azitromycin, Minocycline, Nalidixic Acid, Ciprofloxacin, SMZ - Co and Rifampin, 88.9% of the isolates were sensitive to Minocyline and 66.7% sensitive to Rifampin,but all isolates were resistant to Nalidixic Acid, Ciprofloxacin and SMZ- Co. Conclusion All the isolates are sensitive to Minoeycline, Azitromycin and Rifampin which can be used for control of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and Nalidixic Acid, Ciprofloxacin and SMZ - Co can be used with caution as the resistance of the isolates determined. Thus propor selection of effective antibacterial agents is fundamentally important for controlling the outbreak of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis.
