摘要
论述了施工合同在工程建设中的重要作用,对目前工程建设过程中施工合同管理不严的常见现象及原因进行了分析,从实际工作出发,提出了加强施工合同管理的对策,对于工程造价的有效控制具有一定的意义。
It discusses the important effect of construction contract in building a project, analyses some common phenomena and reasons in undemanding management of construction contract during the whole course of project. It starts from the actuality, brings forward some countermeasures to strengthen the management of construction contract. It has a big effect on control of construction cost.
