阐述了建筑企业劳动保险费用统一管理的本质特征与再分配的基本形式,着重从四个方面设计出改革完善的建设规划蓝图及建筑企业劳保统筹管理如何与WTO体系接轨的建设与设想。
It elaborates the essential feature of general management of labor insurance fee in constructing industry and the basic form of re-allocation, designs perfect construcing blue print mainly from four aspects and the idea of bow to connect with WTO system.
