This paper outlines the importance of reinforced protection course on structural member, analyzes the causes of over-standard thickness of cast-in-situ negative bending moment reinforced protection course from code implement, making quality, installation quality and concrete casting, and introduces relevant protective measures to make its thickness achieve the standard prescribed by new code.
