摘要
目的比较流式细胞术和手工法对循环内皮细胞检测(CEC)的效果。方法随机选择血常规标本20例,用流式细胞术测定外周血循环内皮细胞,并与手工法比较。结果手工法和流式细胞术对循环内皮细胞检测结果显示,二者呈显著正相关(r=0.993)。流式细胞术的回收率为93.3%,明显优于手工法的66.7%;精密度试验显示,流式细胞术优于手工法。结论流式细胞术在循环内皮细胞检测中优于手工法。
Objective To compare the efficiencies of flow cytometry and manual counting in measuring circulating endothelial cells. Methods Flow cytometry and manual counting were applied to measure circulating endothelial cells in 20 blood routine samples. Results There was significant positive correlation （r=0. 993） between the results of two methods; Recovery rate of flow cytometry was better than that of manual counting （93.3% vs 66.7 % ） ; The exactitude of flow cytometry was better than manual counting. Conclusion The efficiency of flow cytometry was superior to manual counting in measuring circulating endothelial cells.
