摘要
武警部队处突时,如何选择最优路径,在最短的时间内安全到达指定地点一直是值得研究的问题。在分析道路权重的基础上,建立最优路径选择的路段效用函数及算法,基于Mapinfo平台,利用VB编程实现最优路径选择。
The paper describes how to choose the optimal path in the CAPF when managing the contingency . The paper sets up the avail function of choosing the optimal path based on the road weighted values and the platform Mapinfo. It uses VB for the algorithm realization.
