摘要
针麻应用于环枢椎脱位后路手术73例次，取得了较满意的效果，针麻优良率80．8％。针麻下手术病人神志清楚，可避免或减少神经损伤，术中呼吸及循环功能稳定。我们认为针麻对环枢椎脱位后路手术是可行的一种麻醉方法。
73 cases of the posterior Atlanto-Axial Arthrodesis were performed under acupuncture anesthesia. The anesthesia effcts were satisfactory, the good and excellent rate was 80.0%.The patients were awake during the operation under acupuncture anesthesia, thus the injure of nerve can been avoided or decresased. During operation the patient's breathing and circulation function were stable.It is desirable that acupuncture anesthesia is used for the posterior Atlanto-Axial Arthrodesis.
