摘要
我国土地利用与经济发展之间面临的矛盾和问题越来越多,那么,如何实现土地高效利用与经济持续发展呢?显然对土地利用与经济发展之间进行内在关系的分析是必要的。本文通过对百强县的土地利用指标与经济发展的各项指标进行实证分析认为:土地利用与经济发展之间存在着很强的相关性,土地调控是国家宏观调控的有效手段之一,调整土地政策、完善土地制度、强化市场管理是新时期经济发展的迫切要求。
In these days, the conflicts between land use and economic development in our country have become more and more serious. Hence we raise the question： how to achieve the goals of efficieat use of land and petsistent economic development at the same time？ In order to answer this question, it is obviously necessary to analyze the relationship between these two goals. We take the data of ＂top hundred counties＂ and make multiple and variable analysis d choosing indexes about the land use and economic development. As a result, we find out some strong positive corrdafion exists between these two items. Therefore, controlling of land amount is one of the effective means of macro-control. Besides, the adjustment of land policy and perfection of land inslitution, as wen as progress of market managemerit have become the imminent requires for the economic development in the new era.
