摘要
通过对氧化铝厂溶出ZPM11×20×1250隔膜泵单向阀在使用过程中常见的损坏形式进行初步总结和原因分析,并结合多年设备点检、维护和维修的实际经验,提出了一些改进措施并用于实际生产中,使隔膜泵的运行状况得到很大改善,并大量降低了备品备件的消耗。
The paper primarily summarizes the common damage form of checkvalve in leaching ZPM11×20×1250 membrane pump in aluminaplant in the employment course, and analyses the cause also. Combin-ing the practical experience obtained from equipment check one byone, equipment maintenance and repair in many years, it offers someimproving measurement to apply to the practical production, whichlead to great improvement on the operation status of membrane pump,and great decrease on the consumption of spare parts.
