摘要
从黑体辐射原理出发分析了红外测温的工作原理,推导出了它的数学模型。从辐射率、距离系数、响应时间、环境因素等几个方面,探讨和分析了测温误差的主要原因,得出了环境温度与被测目标温度之间的相互关系。
In this paper,the theory and mathematic model of infrared temperature measurement was established according to the principle of blackbody radiation.The main factors for measurement accuracy are analyzed,such as reflectance,environment and distance coefficient.Then the interrelationship between the ambient temperature and object temperature from experiment data were obtained.
