摘要
专利在新颖性、专有性、有偿性等方面与科研成果具有显著区别,专利可赋予相关技术产品占领和保护市场的功能,同时兼具强有力的法律权力。许多高校教师由于缺乏专利保护意识,导致了国内高校科技成果的流失。本文阐述了专利保护的重要作用,以期引起高校科技人员对知识产权保护的重视,预防专利资产流失,维护国家、高校和个人权益。并以化学化工领域的申请案例为样板,探讨了科技人员撰写专利申请的注意事项。
The paten protection consciousness and application strategy of the scientific research achievements in university with the innovation, the appropriation and the payoff, the patent is remarkably different from the achievements in scientific research. The patent possesses the legal power, and can seize or protect the market of the correlative techniques and products. The outflow phenomenon of the scientific achievements mainly attributed to the lacks of the patent protection consciousness in university. The importance of patent protection was discussed and the patent application strategy was investigated with some examples of chemicals in this paper.
