摘要
将轮胎硫化过程控制由复杂高阶系统简化为一阶加纯滞后系统,应用增益模型自适应补偿预估器对其进行控制。通过仿真实验表明,这种控制方案与传统的Smith加PID控制相比具有更好的鲁棒性,控制方案简单且可实现在线整定。
A method of simplify the complex vulcanized process to one order with pour lag system based on model reference adaptive control is presented in this paper. The simulation results show that the method has better robustness than the smith-PID controller. The method can be applied in tire business enterprise extensively.
