摘要
以环氧树脂E-51、间苯二酚、三聚氰胺为原料,制得了一种无甲醛、不吸潮、低游离间苯二酚含量(质量分数<1.0%)的树脂,考察了n(间苯二酚)∶n(环氧树脂)、反应时间及三聚氰胺用量对反应的影响,并采用TG-DTG测试了树脂的耐热性能。实验结果表明,较适宜的反应条件为,n(间苯二酚)/n(环氧树脂)=1.3,反应温度170~180℃,反应时间7.0 h,三聚氰胺用量4.0 g,树脂的分解温度420℃。
Using melamine, resorcinol and epoxy resin E-51as raw materials, a new resin product, non-formaldehyde, no-hydroscopic and low content of free resorcinol, was synthesized. The effects of n(resorcinol)/n(epoxyresin), reaction time and dosage of melamine on the product were studied. The optimum conditions were n(resorcinol)/n (epoxyresin) = 1.3, temperature 170- 180 ℃, reaction time 7.0 h and melamine dosage 4. 0 g. Thermal property of the product was investigated by TG-DTG. It was illustrated that the obtained resin was of a good heat-resisting property and its decomposing temperature was as high as 420 ℃.
