This article illustrates the necessity of implementing BOQ valuation method, points out that BOQ valuation method is a kind of valuation mode which accords with the competitive rule of construction market, the developing requirement of market economy and the international convention, and shows that implementing this method is an inevitable tendency of the innovation and development of construction market.
