摘要
分析了建筑企业现行人力资源绩效考核存在的弊端,阐述了实行人力资源系统管理方法的必要性,介绍了其系统管理方法,并进行了人力资源管理体系的最优分析,最终促进建筑企业的发展。
This paper analyzes the disadvantages existed in current human resources performance evaluation in building enterprise, illustrates the necesity to implement-htmmn resources system management, introduces its system management method, and carries out optimal analysis on human resources system management system, in order to promote the development of building enterprise.
