摘要
结合上海市某高层住宅的实际情况,从桩基最终沉降量的计算、桩长的确定等方面对桩基的设计进行了分析,并对施工中遇到的一些问题进行了阐述,以提高预应力管桩应用的技术水平。
Combined with one high-rise building works in Shanghai the design of prestressed pipe pile is introduced from the calculation of ulti- mate settlement of pile foundation, determination of pile length and other aspects. Problenas encountered in construction are also discussed in order to promote the application of prestressed pipe pile and ensure engineering quality.
