摘要
城市住宅作为商品进入市场后,各发展商对自己的住宅产品冠以不同的“卖点”以赢得市场,通过分析北京、西安、深圳三大城市的典型楼盘的广告宣传,可以发现当今城市住宅设计的一些新的发展趋势,提高了人们的居住水平。
when urban houses enter into market as commodity; real estate developers create various "selling points" in order to make survive in market competiton. In this paper, based upon analysis of the advertisements of typical buildings in Beijing, Xi'an and Shenzhen the developmeat trend in design of urban houses at present is pointed out.
