摘要
针对现有毛细管测压系统的配套工具———传压筒上部无法方便试压,且下入过程需频繁吹扫的缺陷,研制了可试压检查传压筒,其活塞可承受下压,可通过活塞上剪钉的数量来控制传压筒试压压力的大小。室内试验及现场应用表明,该传压筒能保证下井的可靠性和数据的准确性,提高施工速度和完井测试成功率。
Under the environment in which diffusing exists, an accessory of pressure testing system with capillary, being difficult to test and needing frequent blowing, we developed a pressure-testing and diffusing cartridge. The piston of the pressure-testing and diffusing cartridge could endure stated pressure and the size of pressure could account by the number of shear pin. The experiments in lab and the applications at locale show that the new-type cartridge could assure reliability and speedup construction of testing. Thus the new-type cartridge could assure the veracity of data and enhance success ratio of well testing.
