经周围静脉置入中心静脉导管在儿童患者中的应用

摘要 虽然经周围静脉置入中心静脉导管（peripherally inserted central catheter，PICC）的技术已有几十年历史，但直到80年代后才由理论变为临床实践。1982年，美国乔治亚州Riverdale的南方医学中心首先制定有关选择培养专门护士进行置入及管理PICC的计划。目前国外已广泛地将PICC应用于极低出生体重儿（very-low—birth-weight-infants，VLBWI）的输液及儿童的化疗。
