摘要
分别用祖克S432型浆纱机和G142B型普通上浆机对27．8 tex的纯棉纱进行高压上浆和普通压力上浆处理,研究压浆力对浆纱质量的影响．结果表明:与普通压力上浆相比,高压上浆使得浆纱的毛羽数减少了2倍,而且在提高强伸度和柔韧性方面也很有优势．
The 27.8 tex cotton yarns are sized separately in high pressure by Zu S432 sizing roaching and in common pressure by G142B sizing roaching to research the effect of sizing pressure on the quality of sized yarns. It concludes that compared with the common pressure sizing, the high pressure sizing can make the hairiness of sized yarns decreased two times and has much more advantages on improving its breaking tenacity elongation and flexibility.
