摘要
农村职业教育的发展,关系到农村长远发展和我国农业现代化建设的全局,而农村职业教育却是农村教育最薄弱的环节。从目前农村职业教育现状入手,分析农村职业教育存在的问题。例如,思想观念落后、师资力量薄弱、专业结构及课程设置不当、学生择业困难、农村职教机制不灵活等,并提出了发展农村职业教育的对策和建议。
The educational development in countryside influences country＇s long term development and modernization construction, however, the vocational education in countryside is the weakest part. Analyzed from current vocational educational condition in countryside, the author summarized some reasons that lead to the developing block, such as the lag of thought, the weak qualified teachers, the improper major structure and curriculum, the difficulty of students＇ employment, the inflexible teaching mechanism, the imperfect system and so on. In order to solve those problems, this paper puts forward a series of strategies and suggestions, to promote the quality of vocational education in countryside.
