摘要
简单模仿制造领域订单式生产而产生的“一对一”式的高职教育“订单式教育”模式对参与方——高校和企业而言,均蕴藏了较高的风险,此种模式并不真正适合教育行业。为此,构建面向具有较高稳定性的行业人才需求的“订单式教育”模式,是一种可行的方案。
＂Order-form-Education＂ in high vocational education is a new word in education research borrowed from producing area. It is full of higher risk for both schools and industries. In fact, the mode isn＇t suitable to the educational industry. Therefore, it is feasible to construct the new mode of ＂Order-form-Education＂ required by more stable industry talents.
