摘要
从吉林省公主岭市人民法院近3年审理未成年人犯罪案件的基本情况看,我国未成年人犯罪比例呈逐年上升趋势,已经成为一个非常严峻的问题。司法机关是防治未成年人犯罪的最后防线,对未成年人罪犯,要认真贯彻“教育、感化、挽救”的方针和“寓教于审、惩教结合、教育为主、惩罚为辅”的原则。未成年人犯罪问题是社会问题,全社会都应该重视、关注未成年人的健康成长,共同建立起预防未成年人犯罪的立体网络。
From the basic condition on the young person＇s crime in recent three years in People＇s Court of Gong Zhuling City, Jilin Province, Chinese young person＇s criminal rate is becoming up and has been a serious problem. Judicial department is the final line of defense to solve this matter. Concerning on this issue, we must carry out policy, ＂education, reform, and rescue~, at the same time, establish the principle, ＂education through examination, combination with education and punishment, education as main body, punishment as secondary ＂ Young person＇s crime is a social problem. Therefore, the whole society should pay attention to the healthy growth of young person and build up the tridimensional net to prevent young person＇s crime.
