摘要 目的探讨光学法检测血小板数的应用价值。方法用参考方法、电阻抗法、光学法同时测定同一标本血小板数并以参考方法为准进行配对t检验和相关分析。结果电阻抗法和光学法的重复性良好,互染率低,大血小板增多组、血小板聚集组以及血小板和红细胞形态正常组中三种方法检测结果无显著性差异(P>0.05),小红细胞组电阻抗法和参考方法有显著性差异(P<0.05),光学法和参考方法则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。相关分析结果显示光学法测定结果比电阻抗法更接近参考方法。结论光学法相对电阻抗法而言,是异常血液标本血小板计数的一个准确而客观的重要手段,为临床提供可靠的诊疗依据具有重要的意义。 Objective To discuss the applying valuation of platelet analysis by optical method (PLT-O). Methods Blood platelets were analyzed by comparison method, electric resistance method (PLT-I) and PLT-O respectively, the results paired t-test for dependent sample and correlation analysis. Results PLT-I and PLT-O showed well repeatility and low contamination rate. The results from the three methods indicated no significant difference (P〉 0.05) in giant platelet group, congregating platelet group and normal group respectively. It was significant difference between PLT-I and comparison method (P〈0.05), but not different between PLT-O and comparison method (P〉0.05) in small RBC group. PLT-O revealed higher correlative coefficients with comparison method than that of PLT-I. Conclusions PLT-O is an accurate and objective way to assay platelets of abnormal blood sample, and is valuable in clinical diagnosis.
