摘要
当前,国有企业改革仍然是完善市场经济体制中十分重要且尚未解决的问题。其中,市场退出壁垒是国有企业改革的主要问题之一。本文运用利益结构分析法剖析了国有企业市场退出壁垒的成因,提出了以法律手段规制国有企业市场退出壁垒的建议。
At present,state- owned enterprises reform in very important in market economy system improvement During this process, market exit barriers are the major problems in the reform. The author analyzes the reasonsof this mechanism and puts forwerd the effective snggestion.
