摘要
任何科学的教学方法只有被科学地运用于教学实践时,其效果才可以彰显。文章阐述了案例教学应用于管理学科的重要意义,指出了管理学科案例教学中存在的问题,并就改进管理学科案例教学提出了若干建议。内容主要有:要正确认识案例法与讲授法的关系,应规范管理学科案例教学的各个环节,对现行教学计划进行必要的改革,通过多种途径提高师资队伍水平。
Any scientific teaching method would be effective only be applied in teaching practice, The paper discusses the significance of case teaching applied in management subjects. The author points out some problems in case teaching and puts forward some suggestion on regulating and improving the current situation.
