摘要
责任是人应主动承担的角色义务和对其因过失所造成的后果应承担的责罚,它有义务和后果两层涵义。责任心是个体自觉地做好分内事务和履行道德义务的心理倾向,是个性心理品质成分中自我特征维度上的重要内容,它有角色分内职责和角色道德义务两个方面的涵义。从心理品质结构的角度看,责任心包括责任认知、责任个性和责任适应三个方面。从责任关系的角度看,责任心包括环境责任心、自我责任心和社会责任心三种类型。责任心是一种通过责任认知、责任个性和责任适应的动态形式表现出来的静态品质,它是责任心过程结构与责任心关系结构相互制约、相互影响的统一体。
Responsibility is character obligation which person should display and should be punished because of misconduct. It has two kinds of meanings： one is the obligation; the other is the consequence. Sense of Responsibility is psychological tendency of person who does its duty actively and fulfils its moral obligations, and is important part of the ego - characteristics dimensions. Sense of Respobsibility has two kinds of meanings：one is obligation;the other is moral duty. From the point of Psychological traits structure,sense of Responsibility includes responsibility cognition, responsibility personality and respomibility adaptation. From the point of responsibility relationship, Sense of Responsibility includes environmental sense of respon sibility.self- sense of responsibility and social sense of responsibility. Responsibility psychological traits is a kind of static traits which is displayed by dynamic forms.
